Summary / Abstract
Route all ARM WETH allocations into one Morpho Vault that is curated jointly by Yearn & Origin and operationally managed by Yearn. This simplifies risk oversight and replaces the current split across multiple curator-managed vaults.
Motivation
Right now ARM WETH exposure is spread across different vaults with different risk methodologies. That fragmentation makes it harder to understand, compare, and manage risk. A single, jointly-curated Morpho Vault gives consistent parameters and clearer reporting.
Specification
Update ARM vault config so all WETH deposits point to the agreed Yearn–Origin Morpho Vault.
Use as the main vault: Morpho | Earn
Risk & Benefits
- Benefit: unified risk profile, easier monitoring, stronger alignment with Yearn.
- Risk: reliance on one vault; mitigated by Origin governance oversight and regular reporting.

Curious on the motivation to push this proposal now as opposed to any other time? Did something specific change for this to come to the team’s attention?
Additionally, for anyone that voted “abstain,” I would be interested in understanding why the assumed change of event/perspective suggests that we should NOT have a unified morpho vault here.

As you have probably seen, we started a collaboration with Yearn to curate the vaults together with them on OUSD https://x.com/OriginProtocol/status/2013649375059153067?s=20, and it makes a lot of sense to increase this collaboration for a couple of reasons:
-
We are selecting the assets together with them, so Origin is part of the process, whereas previously we were just delegating the decision to curators.
-
Each ARM pointing to a different market makes risk assessment more complicated.
-
Many LPs asked us for a way to leverage ARM tokens. We started building on-chain liquidity for it: https://www.curve.finance/dex/ethereum/pools/factory-stable-ng-641/deposit, and since all ARMs will point to one vault that we help curate, other vaults can list ARM as collateral without looping risks.
Why now?
No other than constantly trying to enhance our products for our LPs.
